Please note that dogs are not allowed on the Destin or Miramar beaches. Our private beach and the South Walton county do not allow dogs (only by permit for county residents and land owners). Pets are required to be on a leash in public places, parks, playgrounds, etc. We do not allow pets, to be considerate of our guest families with pet allergy and our family health issues due to pet allergy.
The property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance 24/7 for security. No camera inside. Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing.
-Primary Guest must meet minimum age requirement of 25 to reserve and responsible for everyone in the group following the rules.
- Maximum 12 guests including children/infants. Additional guest fee will apply for unregistered guests or changes.
-Rental Agreement must be signed electronically, complete point of care form with card for security deposit hold and provide Proof of ID with 48 hours of booking or your door access code will not be activated
-There is security deposit hold $700 (not charged) during your stay, maybe automatically refresh on 7th day(depending on length of stay) and will be fully released in a few days after check out if no damage or violation of rental agreement.
-Trip cancellation insurance recommended as we cannot refund beyond cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for weather, illness, power/internet outage, things out of our control, unexpected events, any changes in your trip plans or choosing to leave early for any reason. We adhere to NO Refund policy and instead strive to correct issues to make your stay comfortable.
-It is our desire for our guests visiting our family beach vacation home to have a safe and comfortable stay, cherishing moments, and wonderful memories with their loved ones. Please let us know if you need anything special or how we can help make your stay wonderful.
Your health, safety and prevention of covid-19 is our top priority. Our cleaning and sanitation team is doing everything we can to ensure peace of mind for your upcoming vacation stay at our home. Our cleaning, maintenance and inspection team require the full amount of allotted time to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitary guidelines. Therefore, NO EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT allowed. Please consider reserving additional night(s) if you need to check in early or check out late to allow you to relax and have the time you need.

Guest access
Gated and will provide access codes in the Welcome Guide that will be sent a few days prior to check in date. Please sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking or the door code won't work. You can park up to 3 cars. You may park 1 compact car in the garage and 2 cars on the driveway. No parking on the street inside the gated HOA, or lawn or walkway. No RV, boat, trucks, golf carts, LSVs or large vehicles.

NEW furniture and amenities for your family to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation and beautiful modern home! Decors and amenities at times maybe different from the photos.

Please note, there is no community access to a pool, but the private beach is very close and less crowd! Destin Aquatic Center is only a short distance. The Big Kahunas Water Park is a short 5-6 miles drive!
-Destin Day Pool pass can be purchased at the Destin Community Aquatic Center which is only 3 miles
-Lap swim is open year-round but family swim is only during summer, call the Aquatic center first to check hours at the border of Destin and close to many fun activities, restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.
