During your reserved stay, you will have a unique key-less door access code activated for your convenience and safety. Enjoy unrestricted access to the expansive cabin with the exception of designated storage closets.

Important Booking Information
By booking, you acknowledge, read, and agree to abide by the house rules and rental agreement. To confirm your reservation and activate your door access code, the following are required:
1. Full Payment
2. Photocopy of Your ID for Verification
3. Signed Rental Agreement
4. Damage Protection - choose between Security Waiver ($49) or Security Deposit ($1000)
Guests have two options for damage protection:

Non-Refundable Security Waiver – A $49 non-refundable fee that provides up to $1,500 in damage coverage. Guests must notify the host in advance if they choose this option.

Security Deposit Hold – A $1,000 hold will be placed on the guest’s card one day before check-in, automatically renewed on the 7th day, and released within 14 days after check-out, provided there are no significant damages or violations of house rules.
In the event of a contract breach or house rule violation, the guest may forfeit the deposit and any other amounts paid. We also reserve the right to charge the card on file for damages exceeding the deposit amount.

First bedroom on the main floor of the 3 floors cabin.

Second bedroom on the main floor. Each bedroom has their own TV!

Pet Policy
β Up to 3 Dogs considered with additional pet fee: applies per pet and per night
β Requirements:
- Minimal-shedding, nonaggressive breeds
- Under 50 lbs
- At least 1-year-old
- House trained
- Vaccinated for rabies and all other necessary vaccines
Nonrefundable Pet fee per pet $179(up to 3 nights)
Nonrefundable Pet fee per pet $219 (up to 4 nights)
Nonrefundable Pet fee per pet $249 (up to 5 nights)
Nonrefundable Pet fee per pet $274 (6 nights and above)

β Agreement:
Guests must agree to the pet policy and sign the rental agreement.
A nonrefundable pet fee is required if not already appropriately added to the reservation, depending on the stay and number of pets. Undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fee per the rental agreement terms.
β Restrictions: No cats or other animals allowed
Guest Responsibilities:
β Guests are responsible for any liability regarding their pets and agree to keep their dogs supervised, leashed outdoors, and under control at all times.
β Dog(s) are not allowed to be left alone in the home.
β Guests agree to pay any additional costs for any damage done by dog(s) if not entirely covered by security deposit.
β If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agents, necessary replacement or repair costs will be paid by the guests.
β Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws, and licensing requirements.
β Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly.
β Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.
β Guests agree to keep dogs on the main floor or downstairs and not allow dogs on the top floor master suite floor.
Penalty, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Travel insurance is recommended as refunds are not provided beyond the cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for weather, illness, power/internet outages, things beyond our control, unexpected events, changes in your trip plans, or early departures.
